Catering order management software with online pre-orders

Catering order management software should take the chaos out of bulk orders. For most caterers, orders still come in over calls and WhatsApp chats, the details go into a notebook, payment is chased separately, and one missed message can mean a missed delivery. Online ordering for caterers fixes the part before the cooking starts: getting the order right, for the right date, and paid.

Menuthere gives you an ordering website of your own at menuthere.com/yourname. Customers browse your menu with photos, pick portion sizes and add-ons, choose delivery or pickup, and schedule the order for a later date and time. They pay online, with UPI supported, through Cashfree, your own Razorpay, Easebuzz or OrangePG, or you can allow cash on delivery. Each order lands on your live dashboard and partner app with a ringing alert, and the customer gets a tracking page for it.

The rules that matter for bulk orders are built in. Delivery is priced by distance: set a radius, then a first-km charge plus a per-km rate, or distance bands. Offers can carry a minimum order value and a maximum discount, so you can reward large orders without discounting small ones. Your team gets as many staff logins as it needs, so whoever is on shift sees the same orders.

There is 0% commission on every plan, so the order value is yours apart from your payment gateway's fees. Menu changes go live instantly, so a festive special or a new price shows up the moment you save. To set up, upload a photo or PDF of your printed menu and AI import builds the items for you to check. Then share your link on WhatsApp, Instagram or your Google Business Profile. You can start free.
