A digital menu for your food truck, run from your phone

A digital menu for a food truck has to keep up with you. You move between spots, the best dishes sell out early, and the queue is longest exactly when you have the least time to take orders. A painted board can’t tell anyone the chicken is finished, and every price change means a new banner. Shouting orders over the generator isn’t a system either.

With Menuthere, you put one QR code on the counter. Customers scan it with their phone camera, with no app to install, browse the menu with photos and place a takeaway order. They pay online with UPI, or you switch on pay at the counter. The order rings on your phone through the partner app, and the kitchen ticket prints if you carry a thermal printer.

The menu changes when your day does. Switch an item off the moment it sells out, change a price or add today’s special from your phone, and the change is live on the QR code instantly. Nothing needs reprinting, and nobody orders a dish you ran out of an hour ago. Sizes and add-ons sit on the item, so a large portion or extra cheese is ordered right the first time. Add photos yourself or fetch them automatically, and pick one of 8 menu layouts in your truck’s colours.

Your menu also lives at one link, menuthere.com/yourtruck. Put it in your Instagram bio, share it on WhatsApp, and let regulars pre-order for a pickup time so their food is ready when they walk up. Connect your Google Business Profile to push the menu and ordering link there too. And unlike a delivery app, this food truck ordering system takes 0% commission on every order.
