I ordered a Beef Mandi from there today, but what they served was Mandi rice accompanied by two pieces of beef taken from their Beef Biryani. When I asked about it, they claimed that the beef pieces used for both the Mandi and the Biryani are identical—that the exact same piece is served for both dishes. Yet, they charged 220 rupees for it.
This was one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered Chicken Mandhi expecting a good meal, but what I received was completely unacceptable. The rice was excessively salty to the point that it was difficult to eat. The chicken had an unusual, unpleasant taste that didn’t seem normal, so I stopped eating it because I was genuinely concerned about its quality. Most of the meal went to waste. What made the experience even worse was the lack of customer support. I immediately raised a complaint through Zomato, explained the issue in detail, and even requested a proper review. Instead of receiving any meaningful assistance, my complaint was handled by an automated response and closed without any resolution or refund. After this experience, I checked the restaurant’s Google reviews and was surprised to find many customers over the past year reporting similar complaints about food quality and poor customer service. Reading those reviews made me realize that my experience was not an isolated incident. It is disappointing that these concerns appear to have remained unresolved for such a long time. Good restaurants value customer feedback and take corrective action when multiple people report similar issues. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I did not see that commitment here. I am sharing this review so that other customers can make an informed decision before ordering. I sincerely hope the management takes these recurring complaints seriously, improves the quality of the food, and treats customer concerns with the attention they deserve. I couldn’t even finish my meal because of the poor taste and quality. Most of the food ended up in the trash, which was a complete waste of money. I regret ordering from this restaurant, and I will never order from here again.

Had a very disappointing experience from Manthi King. I ordered normal chicken manthi expecting at least average quality, but it was far below expectations—the rice was clumped together and didn’t feel fresh, almost like it had been stored for a long time, and the mayonnaise was very watery and tasted diluted instead of being thick and creamy. Overall, the food was not worth the money and the quality needs serious improveme
If there was an option for 0 star, i would give minus ones... The food is very horrible!!! It was very very salty and when complained, the staff was very rude and kept arguing that their food was good. It's very BAD FOOD. I will never recommend anyone here. It's the worst food I have ever had. I had shawarma and it was extremely salty and very very tasteless... The shawarma only had salt.... Please do not go there. My husband and I both tried and it was horrible... We have eaten countless shawarma but this was the worst ever. The staff were very very rude and extremely careless... They have no respect towards their customers. We paid for it but only took a bite each because it was too salty to eat.
Unlimited rice is not provided when you buy half mandi there.I had to pay extra for the Mandi rice, and to top it off, the Alfaham was terrible. It was a waste of money.
