Ohhh myyyyy!!! What an unforgettable dining experience - quite possibly the best meal of my life. Ling Ling completely exceeded every expectation. I’ve been fortunate to dine at some incredible restaurants around the world, but this experience is one I’ll remember forever. From the moment we sat down, our waiter, Angel, made us feel like royalty. His service was impeccable—warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about creating an unforgettable experience. He anticipated everything we needed and made us feel like the most important guests in the restaurant. The food was extraordinary, not to mention the views… it’s PANTY DROPPING!! We started with the shishito peppers, followed by the hamachi tacos and the wagyu robata, and every dish was beautifully executed. We paired it all with an incredible bottle of wine that complemented the meal perfectly. Then came the star of the evening: the black pepper filet. I can honestly say it was the best steak I’ve ever had. It was so unbelievably tender you could literally cut it with a chopstick. It melted in my mouth and the flavor was absolutely unforgettable. I had originally asked to substitute a scallop and pepper dish for the filet, and I’m so grateful they accommodated the request because it turned into one of the greatest meals I’ve ever experienced. If someone asked me what I’d choose for my last meal, this filet would be at the top of my list. A special thank you to Chef Jorge, who came out to greet us personally. Meeting the chef behind such an extraordinary meal made the evening even more memorable. His passion, talent, and attention to detail were evident in every single bite. To finish the night, Ling Ling served playful fortune-cookie messages in Spanish. Ours read, “Since I don’t have flowers, I bring you desire,” and “Whether it’s your hell or mine, let’s sin together.” It was such a clever, memorable touch that perfectly matched the restaurant’s personality and left us smiling long after dinner. A must do experience when in Mexico City. 56 floors up. Spectacular views. The food was really good. We had spicy edamame, dragon roll, truffle dumplings and hand cut truffle noodles. Every dish was quality and well prepared. Service was 5 star. Very attentive.

MenuthereLing ling was such an amazing experience. The rooftop night view makes everything so magical. The food was very tasty, we tried several appetizers and entrees and everything was spectacular. I have to say that the bone marrow fried rice was a bit dry but nonetheless was still good. The only reason I’m giving service a 4 star is because our waiter wasn’t the most helpful but everything else was great. I highly recommend this spot and if you’re making a reservation put a note that you want to be seated by the windows if possible.
Absolutely unforgettable experience at Ling Ling and Luis Angel made it next level. From the moment we sat down, Luis Angel delivered flawless service: attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being overbearing, and genuinely warm in a way that made the entire night feel special. Every recommendation hit, perfect pacing, incredible attention to detail, and a clear passion for what he does. The food itself was phenomenal, every dish was beautifully executed and packed with flavor, but what truly set the night apart was the experience Luis Angel created around it. He anticipated everything before we even had to ask. Francisco was also amazing, super attentive, quick, and brought such a great energy to the table. Between the two of them, the service felt seamless and elevated the entire night. If you’re lucky enough to have Angel as your server, you’re in for something exceptional. This wasn’t just dinner, it was an experience.
Ling Lang offers a great dining experience with bold, well-balanced flavors and plenty of options. The edamame dumplings were a standout, and we’d definitely order the truffle and dragon rolls again. The truffle rice was also delicious. Mezcal and lychee margaritas were simple but very well done. The ambiance is stylish, the city views were a plus, and our server Caesar & his teammate Joseph Luis were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Would definitely come back.
