Tried their jumbo roll . Qty felt less for the price. Roll tasted good though. Waiting time was high

I ordered three shawarma rolls from a restaurant at HiLITE Mall, Puthur, Thrissur. Although the food appeared fresh, two of us fell severely ill within a few hours. We experienced stomach pain, followed by fever at night, and later developed vomiting and loose motion. After consulting a doctor, we were diagnosed with food poisoning. We had not consumed anything else except the shawarma from this outlet, which clearly indicates the source of the illness. Thankfully, my child was not affected, but the situation was extremely distressing. Instead of enjoying my short vacation from Dubai, we had to deal with a health emergency. This incident has not only caused physical discomfort but also created fear in my children about eating outside food. It is deeply disappointing that we paid for food that compromised our health and safety. I strongly urge the food safety authorities to investigate this restaurant and take strict action. Serving unsafe food is not just negligence—it puts lives at risk. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Visited a roll shop at HiLITE Mall and had a very concerning experience. Three of us ordered rolls . And later that night all three of us fell seriously ill with severe fever, stomach pain, and loose motion. One of us had to be admitted to the hospital due to the severity of the condition. This is not a minor issue — it raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene at this place. Such incidents can have serious health consequences. I strongly urge the management to investigate this immediately and ensure proper hygiene standards are maintained. Would not recommend this place until this is addressed.
