Fresh, Flavorful Arabic and Indian Cuisine

I recently visited Chilies restaurant in Thiruvali and had a great experience overall. The ambiance was really nice, and the food was really good, fresh, and full of flavor. Another highlight was the staff—the waiters are extremely friendly, much better than the typical service you get in many other hotels.

We are regular customers of Chillies Restaurant Pulikkalodi, and my family genuinely likes the food there. The quality and consistency at that branch have always been good, which is why we visited Chillies Restaurant Thiruvali with the same expectations. The food that was served during our visit was really good and my family members were satisfied with their dishes. Taste and quality were fine. However, I am the only vegetarian in the family and my experience was disappointing. First, they informed us that veg biriyani was not available. Then I asked for ghee rice as an alternative, but that was also not available. The reason given was a shortage of kitchen staff. As a customer, I don’t expect operational limitations to affect basic menu availability. Later in the evening, I visited again to try the Chill Cafe section. At that time they were serving only shawarma. There were no snacks available, so I ended up having just a tea (kaali chaaya). The cafe experience was average, not bad, but not at a high level either. Overall, the ambiance is good and the place has potential. But consistency in menu availability, especially for common vegetarian and snack options, needs improvement. For regular family visits, we will most likely continue going to the Pulikkalodi branch until the Thiruvali branch operates more fully.

First time I visited Thiruvali Chillies Restaurant. The food was good and I liked the taste, but the service was very disappointing. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. I hope they improve the way they treat and attend customers in the future.
