The place offers a variety of items like biscuit tea, regular chai, coffee, juices, falooda, fruit salad, and some North Kerala snacks which are prepared in coconut oil. The tea is quite good and worth trying... What I liked: Good variety of drinks and snacks. Heard Biscuit tea and falooda are popular choices, did not try them. Friendly staff and quick service. Nice for a casual hangout. Things to improve: Cleanliness and seating comfort could be better. Limited parking space nearby. It is the open road parking and prone to scratches. Ambience is basic – could use some upgrades. Prices are okay but not cheap Cost: Most items range between ₹50 to ₹150. Fruit juices are on the higher end. Parking: Limited parking available. It might be difficult during busy hours. Overall, a decent place if you're nearby and want to try something different. Not a must-visit, but good for a casual stop.
Chai Grill near ATS Hotel is a great spot for tea and Malabar snacks. Their trademark tea tastes excellent and pairs well with the snacks. Shawaya is also available on the first floor, served with mandi rice or khubz. Bike parking is available in front, and car parking can be found on the roadside.
Variety of snack items. Loved it. The only issue faced is the house fly. Overall good. Snacks are really tasty.

MenuthereTheir snacks were nice, the kaftha cutlet was quite good Friendly staff, but most likely you won't receive the same order you gave and chances of miscommunication is high since there's music that's blasted in the place. Their coffee was just alright.
