Absolute waste of money and a total rip-off at Big Fat Roll (Maruti Nagar, Madiwala). Visited this outlet because nothing else was open, and it was a terrible mistake. I spent a total of ₹750 for 2 crispy big fat rolls and 1 loaded fries, expecting quality food. I did not want heavy fried chicken; I specifically wanted a healthy shawarma chicken roll. Instead of proper shawarma meat, they served fried chicken popcorn stuffed inside a shawarma wrap (as seen in image). The guy at the counter was completely useless—he knew exactly what he was serving and should have advised me or suggested a better option instead of happily taking my money for this unhealthy food. The customer service is non-existent. I asked the guy at the counter 5 separate times to put extra sauce on the fries. He completely ignored me and acted as if he couldn't hear a word I was saying. Because of his attitude, the fries were a complete waste, as was the roll. To top it off, they didn't even have a working billing machine when I asked for a receipt. The sheer amount of heavy fried chicken completely spoilt my stomach. The staff should have advised me properly instead of just pushing items to make a sale. Total waste of hard-earned money. Avoid this place.
Great place ! Really enjoyed the food and service. Met the great guy Ashir , he was very kind and took his time to introduce their signature roll and loaded fries. Great place to be♥️
