I recently purchased a promotional Swiggy Dineout voucher to use at Big Fat Roll, Ballalbagh. When I tried to redeem it, the person handling the orders/cash counter refused in a very rude and disrespectful manner. His attitude and facial expressions made us feel as if we were asking for free food rather than using a valid voucher that the restaurant itself had chosen to participate in. On the first visit, he said, "It's not available today, come tomorrow." Since it was late in the evening, we assumed he might have been tired and decided to return the next day. Unfortunately, we were treated with the same rude attitude again, and the voucher was still not honored and got the order very late. If a restaurant doesn't want to accept promotional offers, they shouldn't advertise or participate in them. Customers purchase these vouchers in good faith and deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This experience was extremely disappointing and left a very negative impression. I hope the management addresses both the staff's behavior and the confusion regarding Swiggy Dineout voucher redemption.
