Visited Apparys Hotel and had their chicken biriyani and omelet meals.. It was a decent, satisfying meal with good taste and value. What impressed me the most wasn't just the food, it was a beautiful message displayed inside the hotel: "If you're hungry and can't afford a meal, just tell the cashier and eat well. Very bad food quality and extremely poor service. Really disappointing experience. Visited Appary's Restaurant, Thiruvilwamala with my wife and small baby around 3:40 PM. We ordered half Al Faham Mandhi and received the food at 4:00 PM. While eating, we found two hairs in the food. We complained, but the staff didn’t respond properly and showed no concern. We stopped eating and informed the cashier, but they still asked us to pay the full amount without addressing the issue.
Recently I visited this hotel and the main thing which strike my eye was their board mentioning ”if you don't have money,ask the cashier and get a meal , we don't want you to be hungry". Felt nice after reading same . I had ordered masala roast, paneer roast and ghee roast and normal roast plus tea from there . Personally we felt nice . Their samabar was nice and the onion sammanthy too . Tea was above expectations as I asked for medium tea. Dosha were crispy. Paneer dosha is like paneer filling inside.But personally I felt if it was given like with spicy paneer masala,it will be more good. One suggestion is about the rest room ,there is scope of improvement. I will again visit this place .This is a place to meet your hunger needs and not a place kind posh restaurant to meet your week end fancy expectations. I didn't had any issues with the service or waiter.

MenuthereIt's not about the look, it's about the taste. We went there around noon to see the board and the ambiance.. But the beauty of the look is not in the taste of the food. There was a lack of a good restaurant there.. But this was disappointing. There is no fish item. It is only said that the taste should be increased, not the number of curries served for the meal. It is only said that the taste of the special curries bought extra did not match the value. The service needs to be improved further.
Tried the food here, felt it was below par. Service was quick and good, bearers were very helpful and attentive. One thing that impressed was the call button for assistance. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite hit the mark. Maybe they can work on that?
